That’s why I founded Claim Your Shero, a coaching space to guide women entrepreneurs and aspiring female leaders to take full authority over their lives through self-mastery. Claim Your Shero was born out of a passion to help women confidently show up in business, take charge as CEOs, grow their ventures and enhance their quality of life.

Today, that mission has grown and I’m ready to extend well beyond any comfort zone to help fill the leadership of the new era with the leaders that care. The leaders that will fight for diversity, inclusivity and equity. The leaders that vow to make a positive difference in our world. 

A bit about how it started

My dream is to live in a world where at least 50% of all leaders are women. If you’re a woman, I hope you’ll be one of them. And I know together we can do it! 

As a successful woman of color business owner, I know you are capable of playing as big of a game as you desire. How do I know? Cause I’ve stepped up to that plate and you can too. 

It wasn’t too long ago that I was still searching for the answer to all my business challenges, not to mention blocks that were keeping me stuck at a certain level of success. Until I discovered the only thing that was in my way: ME.  

And can I be real with you?

The frustration was real, the reality was raw, but the solution was finally in front of me. My journey into self-mastery began.

I committed to claiming authority over my thinking, attitudes, behaviors, and actions. I was able to get crystal clear, effectively organized, take ownership of my life and harness my untapped potential to build the thriving business I’d always wanted.

It’s through this same comprehensive process I committed to, that I take my clients through on our journey together.  When I say no B.S., I mean it. We work together to take full authority over your attitude, habits, behaviors, decision-making and actions – Self-Mastery.

On a personal note…

I’m a mom of 2 young adults. And on my way to fully embrace life as an empty nester.

On most Saturdays you can find me browsing local farmer’s markets.

I love the arts, visual, performing and cultural festivals.

I’m obsessed with finding the most unusual and unique AirBnB’s.

And you know those songs you love, but have no idea what the singer is saying… I love making my own lyrics to those.

Above all, I love finding joy in the little things.
